Payment Policy

Ulvessa Stage publishes starting prices for defined service categories in U.S. dollars. Those figures help visitors understand the entry point for a format; they do not establish a final price for every brief. A written quote should account for duration, deliverables, production complexity, revisions, locations, talent, licenses, deadlines, and any other material requirement.

The final scope should list the services and fees that the client accepts before billable production begins. If a monthly creator package is selected, its project document should specify the monthly output, term, review limits, renewal or end date, and how changes are handled. No recurring charge is created by merely viewing the monthly price on this website.

A project agreement may divide payment into an advance, production milestone, delivery balance, or another agreed schedule. The amount and due date of each invoice should be stated in the project documents or on the invoice. Unless expressly agreed, an exploratory conversation does not authorize an invoice or reserve production dates.

Invoices should describe the relevant project or milestone so the client can reconcile them. A client should raise a billing question promptly and identify the specific amount at issue. Undisputed amounts remain subject to the agreed payment schedule. If a project involves a purchase order or vendor onboarding process, those requirements should be discussed before work starts.

Available payment methods will be identified on an invoice or in a direct business communication. This website does not request card details in its inquiry modal and does not take a payment through that form. Do not email complete payment card details, bank credentials, or passwords to us.

If a third-party payment processor is used for a particular invoice, its systems may process payment information under its own applicable terms and privacy notice. Ulvessa Stage should receive only the transaction information needed to identify and reconcile the payment. Payment instructions should be verified through a known business channel if an unexpected change is requested.

A quote should identify whether applicable taxes, travel, location charges, talent fees, stock media, music rights, software, equipment, or other third-party costs are included. If such expenses are estimated rather than fixed, approval conditions should be established before they are incurred. The client remains responsible for taxes or charges properly allocated to the client under the agreement and applicable law.

Outside suppliers can require advance payment or impose their own cancellation rules. We should disclose known material expenses and seek authorization for new costs that exceed the agreed scope. A vendor’s charge is not automatically included in a service starting price unless the written quote says that it is.

A change to deliverables, production days, or usage rights can affect price. Before doing materially changed work, the parties should approve a revised scope or change order stating the added cost and schedule effect. Silence after receiving a new idea should not be treated as acceptance of a new fee.

If an agreed payment is overdue, we may discuss a pause in work or delivery as permitted by the signed agreement and applicable law. Any late charge must be disclosed and lawful; none is created solely by this webpage. Project files and rights are delivered or licensed according to the written agreement, including any conditions tied to payment.

If you believe an invoice contains an error, contact us with the invoice number, the line item, and an explanation. We will review the underlying scope, approvals, work record, and payment record. Duplicate or mistaken charges should be corrected. Requests arising from cancellation or dissatisfaction are addressed under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the applicable project agreement.

Before initiating a payment dispute through a financial institution, you may contact us so both sides can compare records and seek a practical resolution. This does not waive any right you have under card network rules or applicable law. Keep copies of the accepted scope, invoices, approvals, and correspondence for reference.

The website presents services and starting prices but does not itself complete checkout for the listed creative production services. The inquiry form is a local interface that displays a completion message; it does not process a payment or send a request. A project begins only through separate, direct acceptance of a scope and its payment terms.

We may revise website prices for future inquiries. A revised list does not automatically change a previously signed agreement. The updated date above identifies this policy version; specific invoice terms and the accepted project agreement remain the primary records for a booked project.
